OPEN TRAINING (OT)

The New Generation of Fitness Training

What is Open Training?

Open Training (OT) is a new method of instructing trainees (you) as they move throughout their workouts. Open Training allows individuals the opportunity to learn structure, proper movements, and proper execution of exercises regimes without having to pay the high dollar of personal training.

How does OT Work?

OT supplies individuals with the tools they've always needed to take their training and fitness to the next level. With OT each trainee is given a program based off a simplified movement and fitness evaluation.

Once the trainee has been screened and receives their program, it is then up to them to attend workout times and perform their workouts in accordance with their new program. While trainees move through the program, they are supervised by a professional trainer giving them advice, instruction, and guidance only as needed.

This new method allows individuals the opportunity to grow independence within their own fitness needs, without feeling completely lost in the chaos of fitness misinformation and nonsense. With OT you're provided a map and pace car, but you get to take the wheel.

This enables individuals to empower themselves and build confidence withing their personal fitness abilities, while being encouraged and instructed by professional fitness guides.

Open Training Vs. Bootcamp

Bootcamps are a great way to pay a low cost and get a great workout, however the problem 'good' coaches run into with Bootcamps, is the witnessing of multiple people needing many different things from each other, and asking them to all perform relatively the same 'blanket coverage' list of exercises. Changing exercises 'off the cuff' for trainers is difficult at times, especially when it may negatively effect the 'dynamic of the group'. This is problematic because most individuals are uncomfortable making mention of specific needs and personal challenges, when the pressure of the 'group' is on them to keep up!

OT completely eliminates this problem.

OT offers the same positive workout environment, while giving individuals the absolute right to speak up and receive direct attention when they need help. Big win for OT over BC. We feel most Bootcamps are often overpriced and poorly written, which is why we've birthed such an excellent new program with OT.

Better Value for Buck!

With this new method of 'supervised' training, individuals no longer need to pay upwards of $50 an hour in order to receive the help they need to properly get in shape, the right way.

MUST has been developing a system over the years that allows this type of training to parallel the type of instruction that people may receive within 1 on 1 training, without the 'talk time' and dependency 1 on 1 training often creates, all while being stamped with a dramatically lower price tag.

Open Training really is the future of 'personal training'. Not everyone can afford 1 on 1 personal training, and not everyone needs that. Now you have another option: Open Training.

OT PRICE TAG:

$129 per month with a 3 month commitment to get the ball rolling

$119 per month with a 6 month commitment to change dramatically

$99 per month with a 12 month commitment to completely change your life
