THE MISSOULA UNDERGROUND IS NOW OFFERING $25 PER MONTH MEMBERSHIPS!
We weren't going to do this, however recent demand has given us the incentive of opening our doors to the public for regular memberships.
Our hours for these members will be 5am to 11pm. Each member will be given a unique key code for entry of our facility.
One of the unique services we will be offering our members over the course of the next few months will be our educational seminars and exercise clinics, program aid and exercise instruction.
We are looking to establish relationships with people in our community, not just numbers on a spreadsheet.
Currently, if you're interested in obtaining a membership, we ask that you set up an intitial appointment in order to get you fully informed and familiar with our setting. PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES AND RATES
Everything here, with the exception to some classes, singular training sessions, and program design lie within a membership.
Whether you're interested in a Group Training Camp, Individual Personal Training sessions, Sem-private Training sessions, or working out completely by yourself, you need to purchase a membership.
Membership prices vary depending on what you want to do, however there's a few things that remain concrete.
All members have access to our gym anytime during our hours of operation. All seminars and classes are free to our members, this however does not include camps. Seminars and classes will be posted on our "schedule" page.
All training purchases that include a 3 month commitment contract include membership benefits.
So basically all you have to do is make any purchase below listed in the "memberships" area and you're a member!
Fitness Non-Membership and Membership Rates
Our goal is to educate our clients how to exercise safely and effectively for life. Our trainers will work with you to develop an exercise/activity program based on your fitness goals and will closely supervise your progress. Along the way we strive to provide you with enough knowledge, advice and resources that you become comfortable and confident in any fitness/weight room environment.
Non-Membership Fitness Opportunities
-One (one time) Session - $50
- "Solutions Programming" 5 session program Includes analysis, three individual sessions, nutritional development, 8-12 week workbook guide outlining workout regimen in complete detail, 8 week email contact and support, Welcome Packet and Newsletter subscription - $300
-Nutrition Assesment - 1 hour nutritional assesment of current eating behavior; followed by revamping and reconditioning of old trends into new healthier trends. Specific dieting methods also available within this assesment. Included is 6 week e-mail access and support, bi-weekly newsletter, and welcome packet. - $100

All memberships are a required 3 month commitment. Remember, we’re entering a relationship, not a one month stand. If you want success, you need to plan to take some time and make some changes. This requires an absolute minimum of 3 months. We offer an 8% discount on all membership prices when committing to a 6 month commitment. In 6 months, you can expect significant changes in strength, body fat, energy and overall well being. This has been discovered to be the single most progressive and effective minimum time commitment available in order to meet your goals.
The get ripped in 4 weeks plan others claim, are complete BS – you need to take a serious time out of poor behaviors and recondition your body and mind. Just ask yourself how long it took you to get yourself where you are now, where you don’t want to be, and imagine how long it can take to undo that damage.

1 on 1 Training Memberships Sometimes you want and need all the attention!
- 1 session per month with programming help - 1x/month for 3 months $50/month
- 2 sessions per month with programming help - 2x/month for 3 months $90/month
- 8 session membership - 2 times/week 6COMM 3 months $360/month
- 12 session membership - 3 times/week 6COMM 3 months $490/month
- 16 session membership - 4 times/week 6COMM 3 months $600
Semi-private Training Memberships
Sometimes tackling your health and fitness is more fun and motivating, when you can do it with a partner, colleague, friend, or family member. We can still create highly effective training sessions to meet the needs of each participant within a “small” group setting, so why not share the cost and double or triple your motivation and support!
Semi Private training is designed for 2-3 participants and is geared for those who want the personal attention, but dont want the expense of one on one. At many fitness gyms, you only have a choice of one-on-one personal training or joining a large exercise class.
Semi-private training serves those in the middle who are not comfortable in group training sessions and don’t want to pay the high prices of individual personal training. It is a way to get the personal touch you need at a price you can afford.
You'll train 4, 3 or 2 times a week at our center with your fitness coach. There are no big crowds, no waiting for equipment, and no distractions. The focus is completely on YOU. Our fitness coaches motivate, educate, support, and empower you every step of the way.
Semi-private training membership prices are the same as 1 on 1 training prices, however with the first addition to the group, the price is reduced by 20% per person per session, and 10% for following additions. Keep in mind we stop semi-private group growth at 4 persons, unless the entire group wants to open to an unlocked camp, following their 3 month commitment.
*Exclusions are 1 and 2 session per month memberships. Semi private is not available for these purchases.

CAMPS
Camps are not considered “personal training”, however are considered fitness training. The difference is that with your purchase of personal training you receive our 6 COM and fitness tracking.
Our fitness training “camps” are designed at a very low cost to create many of the same benefits you’d receive from personal training, without some of the perks and accountability as personal training. If some of those perks are desired, such as our 6 COMM, bi-weekly body fat testing, nutritional analysis and consulting, and individual mobility screenings and help, those services can be purchased additionally.
Current camps and camp costs will always be posted and updated on our “Schedule” page.
Membership Policies
Membership dues are received the first of each month, unless otherwise agreed upon at starting date. There is a $5 dollar per day penalty fee for payments that aren’t received within 3 days of your due date. The payments are not broken down into session prices, however are billed according to a set standard 4 week schedule.
For example the $360 membership would be an 8 session package @ 2x/ week for 4 weeks. In some months, depending on the days that fall within the month, you'll receive 9 to 10 training sessions, and others, possibly only 7, however the membership price remains the same.
When canceling a session, the session is credited to the following month membership price, only if the cancellation was made within a 24 hour notice and the monthly sessions dropped below the standard number of sessions for that package. Again, remember that often times within a months layout, more than the standard amount of sessions are received.
When scheduling for a month in advance, if the times available do not meet any of the memberships offered, we will custom make a membership for you. For example, being out of town for a week and knowing ahead of time, will not require you to pay for 8 sessions, knowing you will certainly only be available for 6 sessions.

Conduct of training sessions:
- Training sessions will be a maximum of 50 minutes in length.
- A session “no show” counts as a session serviced and will be charged to the client.
- All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled starting time of each individual session as agreed upon in the “Training Agreement.”
- Personal training will only be conducted by M.U.S.T. personal trainers.
- A minimum of one training session per week per client must be accomplished until each session package is completed.
- There is no “floating” on membership payments. If a membership account is late or overdue more than 3 days, sessions and all services will be frozen until payments are complete.
