Training Camps, Seminars, and Classes

At M.U.S.T we offer all kinds of educational seminars, training camps and classes.  Currently seminars will not begin untill september, however there are training camps and classes running now.  Keep checking this page for updates on what's happening and what's to come!

We have two kinds of camps here.  Specialty Training Camps or STC's, which are designed with a more specific goal in mind and which usually run at a higher intensity than others (depending on the group and their goal), and Underground Fitness Camps or UGFC's, which are similar to what's also known as a general fitness bootcamp.  However here we utilize more resistance training and unconventional equipment to further the fitness level of our campers.

Typically all camps are open, which means most anyone is welcome to jump into the camp at any time.  People who may not be qualified to step into a camp are individuals who may require more special attention than others that are currently participating in a specific camp; ie disabilities, severe obesity, diabetes, or other diseases or acute limitations. However for the most part, most anyone can jump into a UGFC with just a few adjustments geared specifically for them by our resident trainers.  All running camps will be listed here, and each will have a description and a disclosure of whether or not the camp is open or closed, and to whom the camp is currently open too.

Current Schedule


UGFC (OPEN) MWF 5pm

This camp is for men and women looking to increase strength and decrease bodyfat.  This camp includes two strength and conditioning days, and one strictly conditioning day.  This is a moderate to difficult level camp.

COST $120/month - inclues gym membership and membership benefits
